Yep, it’s a decent movie (with filters), though I have a hard time watching 2 human beings beat the stuffing out of each other. A pillow comes in very handy, even if I must endure the endless teasing of most of my family. Only Momma is on my side. smile… I love the security the father builds in his children and how nothing would make him break his promise to keep his children at home. I also appreciated the portrayal of his wife submitting herself to help him honor his promise. A faithful wife isn’t often seen in todays movies.

I just watched this movie for the first time when we had company in town. I was sooo skeptical because of the title…we have ClearPlay (a DVD player that filters scenes as well as language) so we were able to make it through without the language. But I was very impressed with how well the story was portrayed on the screen. The main character showed humility and courage…two things very rare in todays world. It was an awesome story of perseverence…I highly recommend it(but only with filters!)
