Great video Jarod. I really liked what you said about surrendering our will to God’s, we have to be willing to surrender completely, not partially. (By the way, this is totally random, but in this video you favor Tom Cruise, I know, his looks, not his beliefs) Blessings 🙂

Youth Pastor - Certainly it is possible to have excellent blades (methods) and still be plugged in (connected to/focused on Christ.) That's obvious. The problem I am addressing is people that focus so much on finding the right "program" or "technique", etc. that they forget where the true power comes from. Or at least neglect that true power, either in their own lives or in their teaching. Paul himself said he determined to "know nothing among you save Christ, and Him crucified."

It's a question of priorities. It's a question of focus. Not one or the other. Our focus, our priorities, need to be about a Man, not a method.

Hey Thanks for posting pictures of Caleb and Heathers wedding… I need to ‘borrow’ the video of the wedding. And according to Caleb’s mom the kiss during the ceremony was their first kiss.

Hey that was good. It took me a while to look at it because it was a longer one and...hey, it looked a little boring. BUT it wasn't!

there's no way that you don't know who joel osteen is!!! no way!! He is one of THE MOST popular and influential "pastors" in this country. He is best known for his books "your best life now" (ny times #1 best seller) and "becoming a better you" (released this month).

His church, lakewood church (non-denom), fills a basketball stadium.

He denied that Jesus Christ was the only way to heaven on Larry King in 2005. He corrected himself a year later on the same show, but then proceeded to say that he preaches sermons that focus on the goodness of God because he doesn't feel like people need to hear sermons on sin...a deep misunderstanding which leads me to think that he does not have an understanding of the gospel.

People in his church loyally support him despite the deluge of criticism he's received.

Joel is not a "bad" person...IN FACT, he's very likeable. He's just not fit to be a pastor.
