What if soldiers sat on the sidelines during a battle? What if they said “There are so many people fighting out there, my few little bullets won’t make a difference.”? Would that absolve them of blame or cowardice? Yet many Christians do this exact thing when it comes to voting.
Aren’t you glad Queen Esther didn’t chose to sit the sidelines? Isn’t it good that Daniel didn’t believe “politics is dirty”? If we don’t vote, we don’t care. Politics is actually the art of making policy. And policy has a big impact in our daily lives.
