I wrote a letter to a friend a few years ago trying to answer the question “Why do bad things happen?” This is one of the most important questions any Christian will face in our modern world. We must have a Biblical answer which addresses the reasons this world is evil. Many others have done a better job, but here is my attempt to answer that question.
