On that note of reformation, your right, you'll have to give. You'll also be grossly misunderstood, and falsely accused, and "whoever kills you will think that he does God service." The world will become more and more "religious" and be reformed, perhaps under the name of "Christ", but what will it make? A system of Christ, not the Person of Christ. This is why what you said on complete surrender to Him is so important, because there will be times where He and you may be the only ones that know what's real and what's fake. The temptation to succumb to a religious system vs. a true relationship is probably the strongest one we face. That's where the battle line is. Sound too hard?

Thanks for the thoughtful post, Jarod. I often read Hillsdale's publication myself. Actually met their President once.

So very true! I did not get to check that article yet, but as you know, I have thought these things through a fair amount. Thanks for sharing! True liberty and the responsiblities that go with it needs to be understood all over America.
