]]> By: Marvelanne https://jarodhinton.com/the-essence-of-manhood/#comment-1011 Fri, 18 Aug 2006 13:16:00 +0000 https://preacherdad.com/the-essence-of-manhood/#comment-1011 What a great post!  It is overwhelming to think that Christ was willing to come to us and be one of us considering how we deny Him and show such unfaithfulness.  And yet….somehow it does make Him a more credible Savior.  Know He chose to come…He chose to live for something and die for something.  To be a real MAN.  Oh that more of our guy’s would wake up and see the powerful impact that they could have in this world.  If they would trade climbing the corporate ladder, having the most fun, etc. and realize that the fields are white with harvest, they would be remembered for more generations than they could imagine.  Look at Christ.  He made one simple decision to obey His Father and it impacted the world forever, the same with Abraham, and Moses.  Great thoughts on this subject.  Thanks for sharing!

concerning my profile picture, it’s meant to be a completely misleading picture. All of the money that i’m holding is money that i’m about to donate to leukemia/lymphoma research. The reactions that I get from my friends who are reading my xanga for the first time are priceless, that’s why i haven’t changed it.
