I read this article this morning and found it so amazing that I had to share it. I also read an article that talked about the Gwinette Co. sanitation department charging people up to $500 for not recycling properly. (That is a county near Atlanta.) They are coming for our wallet any way they can! 
But this one about cows just is beyond ridiculous! I cannot believe even the Federal government would fine farmers for THAT! Not yet any way. But being beyond ridiculous doesn’t mean it is beyond believable. It is an actual proposal being considered by the EPA. Perhaps it doesn’t have traction yet, but it shows just how far the “save the planet from carbon emissions” people are willing to go. How much more will our government demand of us before we say “no more”? Are they trying to save the planet from….animals?
btw, This is why we need to get “environmental wackos” out of leadership in the Republican party. Not the ones who want to be responsible stewards of this Earth, but those who have bought the lie about “man-made climate change.” (Perhaps I will post an article about climate change from the Institute for Creation Research. We’ll see.) They could be convinced that the “fine the farmers for flatulent livestock” idea is vital to “save the planet.”
