A poem
OK, I’d thought I’d post a poem. I want to post some other things too, but I don’t want to post too long a text. Here is a poem I wrote for a family that recently lost a loved-one. Sometimes He Says Nothing by Jarod Hinton, 2006 If I had words to speak just now…

A sermon on Thorns
OK, so not exactly thorns, thorns, but it was on the third ground in the parable of the Sower, which is thorny ground. I hope you are benefited by this. (If you download and read my sermons, would you mind leaving a comment so I know how many people actually read them? Not that I…

Comparisons
Here are the sermon notes from my sermon on Sunday. I trust that someone some where, some day, will read this and be challenged. I was surprised to see how serious comparisons are. We think of it as just a little thing that we struggle with, but when we compare ourselves to others, we…

A trip and a growth…. with pictures of both
Well, Anna and I recently took a buzz down to Florida. Yes, I know we missed seeing some of you, but it was a very quick trip. We went to Hobe Sound to visit my Grandpa, who was not able to make it to the wedding. So we went down there so he could meet…

Ezekiel Thomas is an absolute doll!
I know you are enjoying being a new daddy very much! What a blessing from God parenting is!!!! Now that you have a child of your own, can’t you relate more to how much God loves us?!
God bless you all on your first Christmas together!
What a precious boy! Congratulations to you both! I pray that the Lord blesses you over and over with His wisdom in raising Ezekiel to be a godly man, to be a man that impacts his world for Christ! Love & blessings, Momma D
Congratulations! I rejoice with you in God’s blessing! He is cute, and I trust y’all are doing just splendid.
Exciting times for ya, I’m sure
He IS a Charmer!!!!
I know that sweet boy (as well as Ma and Pa) is being loved bunches in VA. We’re starved for some pictures, some communication, something!! I know he’s grown a foot by now. The picture of gloriously happy Grandma is just awesome and then there’s Aunt Laura with the most beautiful baby boy born on December 9th, but surely there’s more than that!! I could literally sense sweet Nasia’s comments on Lynn’s site. We all concure in tranquil Georgia. With several computers (tho’ one or two may not be able to handle the work load), someone so close to the Mason-Dixon should be able to take pity of these lonely folks down here, and send some pictures. I may not be able to control myself much longer!!
Love you all.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.
I’m happy now and my Zeke tank is full again.
Love you all.
OH MY SOUL!!! He’s adorable!!!!! Wow, you must just totally love being a dad!
aw!! that last photo is the best one!! 🙂 congrats!! and thanks for subscribing.
I’m a little late… but better late than never! Congratulations, y’all!!!!! The baby is adorable, and you two look like VERY happy parents.
Blessings!
